Unite overview

Unite is a simple and easy-to-use GroupMe app for the Mac. It allows you to send and receive GroupMe messages, all in a native macOS app. You can even share files, photos, locations, GIFs, and websites with your family and friends, right from your Mac!

Notifications alert you as new messages arrive on your Mac, and app icon badges show how many unread messages you have, so you'll never miss a message. Unite allows you to preview and save any photos you receive. You can also view locations your friends send you, participate in polls, create events, and a lot more.

Unite features powerful group management tools, allowing you to create, join, edit, share, and delete groups. You can even add or remove group members, customize group permissions, and view past groups you've been in, right on your Mac. If groups get too distracting, Unite allows you to pin important groups and mute chatty ones.

Problem downloading a PDF file !!! I am currently testing Unit 4 and found that it is not possible to download PDFs correctly by the created application. I have tried several times, but all I get is an encoded file, with no .pdf extension in my Downloads folder.

I would just point out how smart the dev is, making an application with requirements: macOS 10.12.0 or later to just find out once used, the produced apps ONLY runs on 10.14+, SO FUnny... still LMAO...

I started using Unite 3 just a few weeks before the Unite 4 release. I thought Unite 3 was a good program but with the addition of Keychain support in Unite 4 I now consider it an excellent program. I have personal and business accounts with services like Amazon, Ebay, etc. and this app prevents me from having to use two different browsers or to pay attention to which account I'm signed in to when browsing. I had previously tried to use the Automator utility of macOS to accomplish what Unite does in a much better way.
